How do I maintain the results I have achieved and or/continue weightloss?

  • To maintain the results you have achieved during the 21-Day Purification program, most patients have noted that there is something very thermogenic about SP Complete.  By continuing to take 2 scoops of SP Complete each morning and following the low-carb mediterranean diet they have been able to maintain the results and in some cases continue weight loss.
  • The low-carb mediterranean diet has been associated with decrease incidents of a number of diseases.


How have other patients continued to lose 1-2 lbs a week?

  • Continuing to follow the Days 11-21 diet and drinking a shake (2 scoops SP Complete) each morning has helped patients to continue to lose weight beyond the 21-day program.
  • Other practitioners have also found the TGIW (Thank Goodness It's the Weekend) plan to be effective for some.  You follow a 5 on/2 off plan where you adhere to the Day 11-21 diet for 5 days, and take 2 days off (eating and drinking in moderation).

SP Complete

  • Dosage: 2 scoops (taken in the morning is most effective)


A multi-vitamin/mineral/phytochemical/enzyme

  • Adult: 6 per day
  • Children 75-100lbs: 4 per day
  • Children 30-75lbs: 3 per day

Tuna Omega-3 Oil

A rich form of both EPA/DHA (Omega 3 Fatty Acids)

  • Adult: 2 perles twice a day with meals
  • Children: 1 chewable perle twice a day with meals

Trace Minerals B12

Many find that taking Whole Food Fiber daily helps 'keep them regular' and provides much needed fiber to their daily diet.

  • Adult: 3 capsules, 3 times per day on an empty stomach
